No one here has objected to Netraverse selling stuff. They have objected
to misset expectations. That one aspect of all of this is what Customer
Support/Care is all about. Customer support is setting proper expectations
and making sure you live up to them. If you promised your wife, girlfried,
whatever you'd take her to Paris for a trip, and she found that it's
Paris, Ohio, not Paris, France, she's going to be pretty upset because you
misset her expectations. It's that thing that people object to, not paying
a measly 59 or 89 bucks.
