You're telling us. Hopefully we hear something from Netraverse. I feel
like they're playing god. We should believe in them, trust them, and obey
their rules, but they will not hand down requirements, show us the way,
give us a ray of hope or otherwise interact with us. I feel like
Netraverse considers us the red-headed step children of the world or
something. Hell, did they even announce to this list that 3.0 was coming
out BEFORE it was on their website? Not that I could tell. Come ON
Netraverse, give us a sign of customer caring and appreciation. Show us
that you need us, appreciate us, and want our help to make your product
better. OpenSource the API you use, even an LGPL or BSD license would
work. Let us help you make it better, faster, and grow the support base
with LOTS of useful documents, and feedback.
