Responses are in context. Warning, these are thoughts and reflections

there's no
need to go any further.

How do you want us to interact with you? This is a serious question for all
our customers. This is a user list. It is not necessary that we reply to every
post that comes through. We try to maintain a presence and provide relevant
help and information when needed.

Documentation is a never ending project, and I concede we're light on specific
documentation for the multi-user. I guess that's why we had a beta, so that
we could
learn what some of that documentation should say, in the way of
requirements, etc.
We're working on some the multi-user specific info to include.

This list and the beta list (while it was active), received notification
about the 3.0 release
on Mar 23, 2001. The 3.0 product release was not put up on the web site
until April 3rd,
2001. I've made the commitment to this list, that you will receive relevant
information when it
is available. Sometimes that will be before it is posted on the web site,
other times it might
be at the same time. It actually helps to have the web up first, it
provides a good reference,
but I guess that's a matter of perspective.

My experience tells me, the only way people believe in things or trust you
(in this case NeTraverse) is
when they see something done which is in their favor. I believe that time
is approaching.

We are always looking for good people to work for us:
http://www.netraverse.com/company/jobs/. Otherwise support is always
willing to take user
supplied documentation, procedures, etc. As long as their useful, we
incorporate that stuff into
our knowledge base, and we'll try to give you credit to boot.

The bottom line is I'm always willing to listen to your constructive
criticism. Sometimes our best
stuff is brought about by customer feedback.
