Well, just to nitpick a little ... if you create a program in such a way
that it requires many dependencies to run, then yes - you will get a bigger
system, since you will now need that many more files on your system to get
this application to run. This is not necessarily bloating, tho.
Bloating would indicate UNNECESSARY dependencies (your definition of
"unneccessary" may differ) to get the job done.
