Hello all, I believe the transportation needs assessment would be best done by an intern in the City Clerk/Manager realm. They are the ones that know the sources for gaining funds, etc. For everyone's information Project FINE is without a director currently due to lack of funding sources for the dollars to keep a full-time director in place. Our primary focus currently is providing interpreter services for our non-English speaking clients. Just answering the phone and getting resource referral to the public is all we can handle presently.
