[Winona Online Democracy] I am all for allowing any business, even Wal-Mart, to be flexible in full- or part-time employment in order to offer convenient retail hours - that's the nature of their business. I was somewhat confused by Paul Double's comments, however, about "special skills" and "specialized" employees at a Wal-Mart. These are not software engineers or surgeons we're talking about.
