[Winona Online Democracy]

Carole and Dave, I don't mean to sound like one of those "We Can't Do This"
persons , but, having been Brought up in this town This is the reaction that
happens when something like this is presented. Anything new that doesn't
meet what the powers that be's criteria gets a thumbs down.   Bob K
