[Winona Online Democracy] Call me crazy but I think that this is a very historical city. We should develop a long range plan to restore as many old buildings as possible as well as get the historical significance of each. These could become tourist attractions and could be filled with boutique shops. One thing will lead to another. Older towns like Winona need to rely on their historical heritage. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Double" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Online Democracy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, September 02, 2003 14:09 Subject: FW: [Winona] That vision thing....
