Very good idea. When health insurance and is available for all without allot of smoke and mirrors we will all be better off. Most insurance of any kind is rated on experience, example those who don't get sick regularly would have lower premiums. I know allot of people who both them and their kids never have health problems. They just need to be protected for major problems not regular doctor visits.
When people are advocating getting employers out of the business of providing health care benefits, are the same people advocating single payer health care - paid for by the government?
