Hyper militant? How can you say that with a straight face? Not only does Saddam Hussein pose a clear and present danger to this country and the Middle East, the Iraqi government has totally flaunted UN Security resolutions time and time again. If the US takes military action it is completely justified. Diplomacy certainly hasn't worked.
Let me also pose this question to you and others who think war with Iraq is unjustified. Did you actively protest our military action in Yugoslavia when we were bombing that nation's civilian population on behalf of our allies in Europe? If there was ever an example of hyper militancy it was that. Yugoslavia posed absolutely no danger to our country or our interests. We should not have been there. As to your comment about violence not being a solution.
