Something else that many people gloss over or do not know, is that
most HDs from small retail vendors (Newegg, Walmart, TigerDirect, et
al) have been picked over already by larger corporations, failed the
QA, sent back to $.Manuf, Pass their QA,
and sent into the retail chain.
