Public ip -> IS Rebel, nat 1 -> customer radio, nat 2 -> customer soho router, nat 3 -> ATA It is more dependent on your voice gateway then it is the ATA, in my experience. Asterisk wouldn't work at all. Genband has been flawless since July 2006. The phone room has a dozen of these little adapters and we've never had problems with them, only issue was a customer had some cheap phone and needed to replace it.
