I've had to do an RMA with SAF due to a Lightning Event. Unfortunately, the radio has to go to Latvia for repairs. The turn around was about 2 weeks. I have also done an advanced replacement RMA that took 2 days. Now, we buy extra units instead of advanced replacement.
