I can tell you this.

Phil does prefer OS-X, He stated that at the conference.
He also stated that that was a personal preference and that they are
very committed to the Windows World.

It would be ludicrous for them not to, the Mac World only has 5-6% of
the market share, albeit it is growing thanks to the help of the M$
money machine trying to put a strangle hold with it's new licensing.
