[XC] Blue Hills Trail update

Blue Hills Trail update...

After Friday's 2.5" snowfall, the entire trail system was groomed the
same day (January 26) for both skating and striding.  The skating lane
was touched-up Saturday morning, January 27.  Fog this morning (Monday,
January 29) and cloudy skies this afternoon produced hoarfrost,
temperatures in the twenties, and very good skiing conditions.
