Jim,

We're developing a cable link between the Android phones (e.g. Dell 
Streak) and the serial loggers (e.g. CAI302).

I have a beta version of this working in my ship and hope to include 
in a release soon.

It requires a cable and converter box with the IOIO board.  I'll 
publish the wiring diagram for it soon.  It's possible someone may 
start reselling these, or they can be made with a soldering iron.
