That's most interesting. Is this a stand-alone unit, or does it need to be controlled by XCSoar - I glanced at the IOIO site and noticed that it mentions 'Java'like' commands can be used by the Android device to control the IOIO board?
I'm asking because I need a similar device to pass NMEA sentences from XCSoar to my SDI C4 so it can calculate wind and final glide, but I'm using a WM6 - based Binatone B.350 as my navigation hardware. I'm assuming that this interconnect unit passes traffic in both directions.
