Hi, I just received a new XP machine here at work. It's not brand new, but was wiped by our IT group and then setup for me.
I've downloaded the current version (9) from the yahoo web site and installed. When attempting to login, I receive the error "Sign-in Problem" Please click "Try Again" to re-enter your ID and Password. If you have forgotten your ID or Password, click "Sign-In" problems?". I have uninstalled IM and reinstalled. I can log into my.yahoo and groups successfully with this ID and password. I checked the XP firewall settings and Yahoo Messenger is enabled. I'm not sure what else to check. Any ideas? Thanks, Todd
