Hi,

Thanks for the help!

The version I'm running is 9.0.0.2162.

The original install was done with the installed. I uninstalled YM, rebooted,
ran the Microsoft Cleaner Utility, rebooted, downloaded the latest version from
Filehippo and installed YM, turned off Windows Firewall, rebooted, tried to
login and failed with the same sign-in error, rebooted and tried again with
failure. There is no other firewall software on the computer.

Looking at the connection preferences, it was defaulting to dial-up. I changed
it to high speed(T1/Lan) and still no joy.

I may just have to punt or start over with a different ID. I really don't want
to do that; however.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks,

Todd
