If I may attempt to give an opinion!!! Society currently is operation from a thinking parttern of selfishness, materialism, greed, individualism and liberal mode. These are idealogies that are dominent in our society. Now if you would want the employer nd the worker to live in a place of justice, equalityand continuous development and progression in their relationship and pursuit, You need to confront the EVIL of the idealogy that run our society. you need to teach mutual benefit, corporate existance, sharing, commuhity and living within a set frameowrk of rule that will destroy this EVIL Liberal system.
Both the employer the worker are guilty of such..... The employer has no heart for the workers well being and on the other hand the worker has not either for the employer hence poor work ethic and lazyness. *Greed is running both ways.
