Cde Tsineng,
I agree with you when you imply that the differences between workers and the
capitalists are of an irreconcilable nature. Your reasoning of the issue as a
matter of worker greed leaves much to be desired. I will come back to address
this error in analysis. The assertion of unreasonableness among some employers
as a cause of strikes in other cases is misleading. It creates an impression
that there's reasonable or fair theft or exploitation yet there is no such.
What settle differences is mainly the perceived balance of forces in relation
to the class rivals. Balance of forces is the point of equilibrium. This is not
fixed but shifts with the development of class forces. More on this will be
said when time so permit. Enough to say this is limited to the quantitative
change process. Turning to the issue worker's greed. Let me remind you my
esteemed comrade that the extraction of surplus value takes place at the
production point rather than the market place. Therefore the workers demand
compensation for labor embodied as value in the product of their toil. Capital
would like to have us believe that this is sharing of a profit that belongs to
them. This is actually reduction of the exploitation burden that workers carry
for centuries. What workers should be demanding is the end to all forms of
exploitation of man by man. Gender neutral man.

Let's talk

Zama.

Subject: [YCLSA Discussion] Relationship between employer and the workers

In view of recent strikes and intent to strike by different organisation, I
start to believe that it is true that always when the two meet, the will be
differences,to the extent that each flex the muscle. Some of the demands are
really genuine, while sometimes greediness drives some workers. The core issue
that make the relationship sour is mainly sharing of profit,in majority of
instances the employer want to get muc bigger portion and always try his best
to give the workers minimum. What can be the solution to avoid this, because in
most cases is a loose-loose situation. What are the other better options to
assist growth. Let me pause for
now.:::0:a0534a1742f6f7e1d1a8979adbd948d0:7d0:x:::
