Diane, Thank you..... I learned something new again. I forgot about the daemon and never really understood its function.
I use the Airport OFF tip when accessing archived (other identity) mail so Entourage would not pop current mail into the archived identity. You are correct it is best to QUIT Entourage while the TM does its thing.
