We need to rule out Entourage first. Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select switch Identity. Create a new Identity. Nane it ³Test². When Entourage opens in the new Identity no need to setup or import. Now quit. Does it happen? If no.... Switch back to your regular Identity named Main by default. Under File > Export, select the default action to export all items as Entourage archive (.rge) file. Save the .rge file on the desktop. (If you get an error that not all was exported this indicates database corruption. Rebuilding does not always clear corruption) Switch to the Test Identity. Under File > Import select to import the main.rge file. We won¹t bother with moving folders for the test. Now close Entourage. Do you still see the behavior?
