!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU just made my day, Diane! Otherwise, they way that statement read, IMAP sounded the same as looking at email in the browser, online! No I need to research how the IMPA will fit with Apple Mail and iPhone 4, syncing to my New MacBook Pro as my main Mac, 10.6.4, and Entourage on Powerbook G4, 10.4.11. I might upgrade my Powerbook to 10.5.8, Leopard so I can use the identical Apple Mail on both laptops... My Q about iPhone in that context is -- can it be set do download a limited number of emails, which when deleted on iPhone won't effect those emails on the IMAP Server (Mobile Me) and my both laptops that sync to that Server! > >> I used my .Mac address. My ISP is RoadRunner, but again, it almost doesn't matter in my case, cause I already have Gmail, and I use .Mac/Me.com, thus the ISP is just a pipe. Other ISPs in my area are: Optonline, Verizon DSL, Earthlink (on top other ISPs) > > -- > Diane > > > -- > YouTalk mailing list > List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html > List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] > To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
