Thanks JM, Wow, that all sounds so alien (no pun implied...) to me. I've always been taught that you shouldn't regret the past (it's gone and so unchangeable) nor worry about the future (it's an unknowable range of possibilities) - only the now is real and knowable. I must say, your school sounds more Taoist than Buddhist sometimes.
