From: Diana Diana says in response to
AC: If you're so tough, why couldn't you stand a few animal bites, from
animals who were only protecting themselves? What provoked you to reject
these animals and stop caring for them?
I never took the Iguana in. It was about 4 feet long, and I caught it in my yard. I believe it needed a larger place to live, where people would not be able to catch it. So I took it to the Everglades hoping that it would have a lot of
natural habitat and a long life. The fact that it went into the water for a swim
and nearly became and alligator meal was something else.
The iguana bit me because it was a wild animal and I caught it by hand.
I never tried feeding it or keeping it.
