Dear Francisco and all Sangha, Some in Zen say that enlightenment is knowing what needs to be done and doing it, from a different perspective other than "I want". It seems that you say you don't just realize this, you are able to actualize this insight in your job. Caring for others without concern about personal gain or loss is skillful means; I'm not certain that it matters whether you call it enlightenment or not. The term enlightenment is eternally discussed among spiritual practitioners, and it is easy to be trapped by it. Many have ignored the people around them who needed them, have turned their back on doing what will be of benefit, in order to pursue spiritual exaltation. Maybe searching for enlightenment can lead you further from it. Paying attention to what is, is much more challenging and alive.
Keep up the good practice!
