The whole point of the Buddhist practice is realizing
that there is absolutely nothing worth being angry
about.

Quite to the opposite, being subjected to the wrath of
others is an ocassion for rejoicings. It has been said
that to be reviled by others is an extreme blessing,
because right there and then, while being tortured and
humiliated, one is expediently burning off the most
vile and poisonous remnants of one's own rotten deads
from the past. So, an enlightened Bodhisattva, whilst
being mutilated by the evil wrongdoers, perceives
these vile acts as pure bliss. He cannot be happier
that these horrible things are actually happening to
him, because he knows and can see clearly how these
exact events are leading him to the full blown
Buddhahood (sort of like an express lane in the busy
checkout).
