This issue was meant to be fixed in 119254-31 onwards, so just to
clarify if their is some kind of regression.
Were all zone booted ( to at least single user ) when applying 119254

I did all of the patchadds from single-user on the console so if
they don't auto log somewhere, they aren't available.
