I noticed you mentioned that you are running 4 servers plus the CSS. What
are the other servers? Depending on what you're running, most of the valve
games such as TF2/CSS/etc can take up to 2gb of memory each...if not more,
especially during map changes. It could be that your box is swapping
memory, thus using your hard drive for virtual memory while trying to load
the map at the same time.
