Hi, When I played with my brother's new PC yesterday afternoon which is running Windows Vista Home Basic, There was a volume button in the System Area (not the Notification Area) of the system tray. I don't remember where they are located if the icon in the system tray is not displayed, though.

Cathy, You are right. CTRL+PageUp will take you back one page. You can also do CTRL+Shift+S and enter a page number to go directly to a particular page. This is useful if you got a lot of pages. You can find this information and other short-cut keys by entering Insert+H. Hope this helps.
