Seems like Excel can be used to manage the data, but that Word is the main
vehicle for the actual printing. Try pressing F1 when in Excel, and then

My process is thus:
Note: space is replaced with the space character. The word is used for
clarity.
1. Search for space ^p and replace all with ^p
2. Search for ^space and replace all with ^p
3. Search for ^p^p^p and replace all with ^p^p
Repeat step 3 until no more are found.

Oh, heck! I forgot two preliminary steps in my process:
a. Replace all ^t with space
b. Replace all double space with space.
Repeat b until finished, before proceeding to step 1 in my previous email.
