I do not. Only USB keyboard.
Speaking of USB keyboards. I get this second USB
keyboard interface which I always disable on Linux
with udevadm

my first port of call would be /var/log/messages including any rotated older
ones (as in /var/log/messages.?.gz) but grep and zgrep for any device name
related to your storage in /var/log/ would be
good to know
videos from yt-dlp weren't on /tmp at that time I think and more important
is that they were freshly downloaded
and torrented files maybe they were seeding, if not then your thing makes
sense, I did torrent to /tmp
but this doesn't explain yt-dlp videos going missing, I think.. I'll

I'm not stupid, of course I know about -o
and you're ignoring torrent files missing

Check the directory given to yt-dlp as the parameter to -o
sometimes, but I said other files are not deleted, files in same path
folder as the file that was deleted
so /tmp/folder/video got deleted, but /tmp/folder/jsonfile did not get
deleted
same with home directory I think
and with torrent there were about 3-4 other files about same size
I told you

Hello,
there are posts on the net describing the same phenomenon and it seems
an issue with chromium.
weird anyway..

FYI, despite any hacking practice I have seen this keyboard and mice
legitimately happen under two circumstances:
1) using not compatible mice under KVM switch (eg, ATEN switches with >1000dpi
up mice)
2) switching keyboard layout under X without AutoAddDevice in xorg.conf
Indeed, one legitimate
Thanks. Here's why it might not be bios/firmware hacked.
This happened when I use chromium, some specific sites
even. It felt like a failed attempt to capture the pointer
remotely and overflow something maybe. Everything
seems to be working ok right now, and I see now sign of
any hacking, so I
Hi, a while ago I've sent a report[1] on bugs@ about the touchpad support on
Lenovo IdeaPad 3 I have installed OpenBSD on, which received no reply. The
issue is that touchpad doesn't work at all in OpenBSD - moving the finger
across the touchpad surface doesn't move the pointer and tapping on

this could mean that somehow you got some attacker to insert malicious
code in your bios/firmware meaning that no matter how many times you
reinstall you're still hacked
you should probably sell your motherboard or entire computer and get a new
one... maybe cpu is affected, too? I don't know where

I want to verify it 1 more time before knowing hdd is failing for sure
for example newly downloaded videos via yt-dlp go missing, torrent files
go
Moin,
as some more notifications started to stack up about bouncing messages
from various openbsd mailinglists (and my logs start to reach two digit
numbers over the past two weeks), i figured it might be good to send a
note about this:
The openbsd mailinglists break (for reasonable reasons)
