Interesting question. I subscribe to the Digest version, as with 2 other lists. I find this more to my liking, because I'm not able to be in front of a computer continuously all day. However, I do frequently get my email on the fly from a PowerBook and mobile (cell) phone. Connection speeds

I have my personal e-mail client up at work all day long. As messages come in I look at the subject and decide if I want to read it or not. Lots gets deleted without hesitation. I never really feel inundated because I'm not compelled to read it all. I download e-mail once or twice a day on
