I like seeing you and the other women speak up. When I consider the issue of teaching and authority, I think of Jesus and his apostles. Jesus is the head, right? Jesus taught the apostles, but did he keep them under his shadow and protect them from everyone else while he did ALL THE TEACHING? Did he tell his apostles, "until I leave, you are not allowed to teach, but when I leave, then you can teach." Did Jesus use the apostles as only aids and helps to his teaching ministry? No, those under his authority were much more than that. Jesus sent out his apostles to preach and teach before him, when they were not all that well trained at all, I might add. If Jesus sent them forth to minister BEFORE HE LEFT, in submission to him, how much more should we have our wives and daughters being put forth into ministry and speaking while we are still around to direct and help them in it. A man's greatest disciple is his wife, and that is why I would love to meet Annika one day and see what kind of man Daniel really is. If I thought Daniel was a serious threat to any of you, I hope you know that I would not tolerate him on the list for one minute. I am encouraged and glad to see how strong you women are around someone like him. You know who you are and he poses little threat to any of you. What a wonderful thing to behold.
