Rossi was helped by some good electrochemists, as he himself graciously
acknowledges.

As I said, I do not know of anyone else who succeeded other than people
with PhDs in professional laboratories. Anyone can see why. It take about
as much skill as doing surgery. If Lennart Thornros knows of any amateurs
or people outside the establishment who have replicated, he should list
them.
