Maybe you can find the modem in Startup, Control Panel, System, Hardware,
Device Manager, Modems. Then R-ight Click your modem and choose update
drivers. You will then have to migrate to where they are installed. if you
have them. If not go to Dell on the net and find drivers for your modem.
When you are in device manager get the modem info.
