Only if you essentially have unlimited time and budget, and the
client is completely bought into it.
I interpret this to mean it was more work than you expected? Did you
do your project in version 1.x or 2.x?
It was definitely more work than I expected, partially because of the
learning curve, partially because I wrote the entire app in Ext.
Are there any other comparable alternatives? Michael mentioned YUI.
ExtJS started out as YUI-Ext, right?
YUI is comparable, but the look and feel of Ext is better, and the
overall design of the library I like better.
