Subject: [acupa-l] anti-retaliation policy

Dear ACUPA members,
Does your institution have an Anti-retaliation Policy? It seems retaliation is
linked to specific types of accusations of wrong-doing and resulting workplace
investigations, so the issue could be addressed in the related policies (e.g.,
grievance, discipline, anti-harassment/discrimination) or one could have a
comprehensive anti-retaliation policy that covers all retaliation. I’d be
grateful for feedback on which approach your institution has chosen, or other
options that might be out there.

Thanks,
Emily Wood
