Good morning ACUPA members, I am doing a review of our institution’s Code of Conduct and was wondering if your institutions require employees to attest to or acknowledge the institution’s Code of Conduct. If yes, how often is it required (one time or recurring) and how is it obtained (manual or electronic database platform)?
