Michele, Thank you for the information. We have experienced some resistance with our compliance training modules required as part of new employee orientation; so I am looking for a delivery method that will be easier to use and increase the completion percentage.

This has been a discussion of late. We have a training video that is shown at new employee orientation, but not everyone attends so either they hear about the code from their own management or they act on the email from the president that is sent out annually (and last year was the first time for the reminder.) There's always a lot of resistance to having people go through the attestation step. Thanks for asking, Michele On Mon, Aug 22, 2016 at 8:59 AM, <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: Good morning ACUPA members, I am doing a review of our institution’s Code of Conduct and was wondering if your institutions require employees to attest to or acknowledge the institution’s Code of Conduct. If yes, how often is it required (one time or recurring) and how is it obtained (manual or electronic database platform)? Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Jennifer Jennifer S.
