policies and employment agreements be followed as part of the employment

Our answer is the same as Ellen's. We just require that all policies and
employment agreements be followed as part of the employment agreement.

Jennifer,

Cornell does not require employees to complete an attestation on this
particular policy, although our Campus code is widely distributed and
publicized.

Subject: [acupa-l] Code of Conduct Question

Good morning ACUPA members,

I am doing a review of our institution’s Code of Conduct and was wondering if
your institutions require employees to attest to or acknowledge the
institution’s Code of Conduct. If yes, how often is it required (one time or
recurring) and how is it obtained (manual or electronic database platform)?

Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
