Hello Jennifer, The University of Washington does not require attestations regarding its Student Conduct Code<http://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/WAC/478-120TOC.html> or its General Conduct Code<http://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/WAC/478-124TOC.html>; however, both are Washington Administrative Code rules that apply similar to any other state agency rules or statutes.
