Instead of making hue & cry all the time in the name of Dept, it needs to increase our receptivity by means of using our power vested in Gram Sabha. Why GP does not come forward, pass resolution and send it to the POs concerned so as to take action. Why the tribal parent, stake holders do not come forward insisting for constitution of school management committee? What does school management committees do if it is existed? Understand that the Tribal Dept is being run by majority of non tribal people having apathy towards them. This cannot be brushed aside with clap of hand. Because it is inbuilt program in the Hinduised caste based system. Yes! Till yesterday the Dept was held by non tribal min, but today by tribal one as earlier since long. Leveling allegation is easy. But finding solution is so difficult. Increase your receptivity. Get work done from school staff. Insist for their HQ stay. Its you to hold responsible. Suggestions regarding opening of 10 Navodaya like new school in each project is not pragmatic from expenditure point of view. Then what we should do of these Ashram schools opened once upon a time? Do you know the budget required for construction of Eklavya school ? Staffing pattern cost ? This is a continuous process. We have got 552 Govt as well as 556 aided school. Take care of these schools. You cannot by pass the policy chalked out 30 years back and huge investment made therein. Take suitable step at GP level. You demand for autonomy.
