Constituent members have a number of powers but to exercise. I am doing to my
level best but system. Yes ! Ashram school is having a lot of problems. Till
yesterday I was alone who had empathy. Today Com is with Min, both tribal. I
had
taken some strict action during last year, which has derived countable result.
But do you think that there would be sudden change in the established system
over
a period of 3 decades. Its possible only when all of you become aware about our
right. Gram Panchayat is micro local Govt unit. Ashram school is institution
having first stake of villagers, GP first. So is their right to exercise first.
But who cares. 90 % of teachers used to do not stay at their respective HQ. No
any
GP come forward to pass resolution for initiating necessary action against
them.
Then there is system to work. And result you see. A lot is coming to you but
your
receptivity. Tribal Dev Dept works for weakest of the weak section of society.
I
don't want to take asylum of escapism but it is so. Still I have plan to do
something exceptional. But till then to be blamed. It is we to be held
responsible

However,
scholars report that problems still exist in Ashram schools.
a) These
schools are often inadequately
furnished and supplied.
b) The
curriculum is often not
relevant to the lives and cultures of tribal peoples.
c)Teachers
often come from non-tribal
backgrounds and are inadequately skilled.
d) Children
are inadequately
nourished,
and are often frequently absent in order to fulfill
social roles within their communities.
e) Children
complain that hostels are not
well-maintained and
that the food and supplies are of very poor
quality.
f) In
addition, scholarships and school supplies often do not arrive
in a timely fashion.

Education system notrecognizeTribal Languages (Research, Documentation,
Promotion,
Etc) ?
In Ashram shala, Why Non tribal employees are dominant in numbers & Qualified
local tribal’s are still unemployed (Teachers, expert, social workers, etc)
In Ashram School, Why they do not educate, teach, celebrate Tribal festivals
&
cultural values?
Why there is no provision of full time official career/higher education
counselling &guidance.?

You are right as per your level but our tribal society having some
deficiencies
i. e. Our political representatives from sarpanch to minister , they have not
proper knowledge ( except some) , their thinking level only upto selfish ,
While
village politics is different , Everyone has some problem , & in emergency
unfortunately he need help from this type of fellow, so no one can stand for
rules
or rights if some one done all these fellows with politicians oppose him , so
we
have to need treat total society that what is true & what is false & make
them
strongly with all activities.
