While the renaming didn't work, I was a bit reluctant to download 
anything more into the computer, so I took a crack at just using 
Windows Movie Maker and converting there.....and it worked.

However, Movie Maker now wants to take the one clip and recognize as 
a three part clip.....I'll survive it, but weird, heh?
