I am not pushing for the A55 but to get the record straight the camera
can record
1920x1080 AVCHD
1440x1080 MP4
640x480 (don't know what format)
How much can you push the ISO setting in low light on the GH2 before you
notice grain?
When I got my NX5 earlier this year I kept my PD170. The two cameras are
not a
good match and I will sell the PD170. It is still very popular here and
I should get
a good price for it. I had a look at the Sony VG10 (interchangeable
lenses, 14Mpixel
still pics, very good mic etc). Generally a very nice camera but very
bad low light
performance which is important for me. Still undecided what to get.
Another point if Lee would go for the GH2 he would not only need a body
and the
long lens but also a lens for wide angle and normal range. That means
more money
and another piece to carry around.
