Ubiquiti is no different from most modern companies.  Let the customers find 
the bugs, and provide their own support via forums and “the community”.  It 
reminds me of a course I once took at IIT at a remote site via TV, every 
student had to present a paper which meant going downtown to campus when your 
turn came.  When my turn came, I discovered the professor had gone back to Iran 
for a couple months and the students were teaching the course.

Forums or email really. Otherwise consider other vendors and factor in 
what their support options are if it's something critical enough where 
you might need more support options than forums or email.
