Ubiquiti is no different from most modern companies. Let the customers find the bugs, and provide their own support via forums and “the community”. It reminds me of a course I once took at IIT at a remote site via TV, every student had to present a paper which meant going downtown to campus when your turn came. When my turn came, I discovered the professor had gone back to Iran for a couple months and the students were teaching the course.
