Is the sync pipe working (what kind of sync pipe)?
The input from the sync pipe to the sync injector should have a light
that blinks once per second; likewise on the syncpipe.
If the syncpipe is working, the SiteMonitor will populate the satellite
data on the String I/O tab of the SiteMonitor (see below).
