Just to authoritatively repeat what everyone else has said. ..

Power the syncinjector with 24-29v.  Hook a cat5 cable from the SyncPipe
input port to the SyncPipe middle port.  The green lights on both units
should be solid.  With enough GPS signal,  the yellow lights should start
blinking once per second within a few minutes.   At which point an AP
plugged into a radio port on the injector should get sync when set to power
port sync.

If the above doesn't happen,  be specific with symptoms.
